Refund Policy


Jewelry is eligible for return or exchange, for store credit only, within 14 days of the delivery date. We do not offer refunds back to your original form of payment.

Please email with “Return” or "Exchange" and your order number in the subject line and you will be supplied with instructions and a return form to include in your return package. 

Custom pieces
All pieces that are hand stamped are not eligible for a return or exchange at any time and are final sale.

Pieces from our Clearance section are not eligible for a return or exchange and are final sale. 

Sets can only be returned or exchanged as a set. No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange.

Other products
All returns must be clean, unworn and have no signs of wear or damage.

Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item please contact within 24 hours of receiving the package to resolve the problem. Please include your order number along with a picture of the damaged item

Chain length exchanges
We accept chain length exchanges. Customers will be charged for any price difference in chain length and charged a reworking fee of $10 for styles with the chain attached to a charm, stone or bar.

Ring size exchanges
Depending on the style, we can exchange your ring size for just the price of shipping. For any rings that will require the item to be remade there will be a $10 re-working fee in addition to the return shipping. This will be invoiced when the item is ready to ship.
